Big verdict in silvermining case

this is interesting. last time we were in vegas a slot attendant was
standing by me and he looked down and there were 3 (nickels or quarters) I
can't remember - on the floor. he pointed them out to me and said "I can't
pick them up". I picked them up and played them - no problem.

Interesting verdict in this case. The woman found a nickel in a slot
machine, tried to play it and was booted out. She sued and was awarded
$875,000. So, even though ther e is some law on the books against doing
this and the casino was within its rights to evict her, she won a pretty
big settlement. I wonder if Greektown is getting concerned?
