Are refering to President Obama? And if you're working, why would you
expect your Governor to give you a government handout to gamble?

HEll YES, I am bitter. You must be one of those that thinks people who work should pay taxes and support those that don't. What is that....oh, yeah spread the wealth.

If you were to lose your job through no fault of your own, would you collect unemployment? Would you use some of that money for diversion to play a bit of video poker? Would that make you a bad person? Or, since you don't believe in government dolling out money, would you not take the unemployment and just have no life until you were able to find a job, most likely at less pay and with fewer benefits? Put yourself in their shoes first. If you've never been there, you have no idea to be in poverty, unable to find adequate work, be a part of the working poor who, even though working, do not have enough money to take their children to the doctor or keep a car running.

ARE YOU BAGGING ME! You think it is okay to take your unemployment and gamble with it? Yes, I once got laid off, but I took another job cleaning animal cages for minimum wage. As for gambling with welfare to take your mind off of your troubles...I guess that is like using your Katrina benefit check to buy a Louis Vuitton handbag.
