There are six (I think) Big Split machines at the Atlantis. As you face the cabaret stage from outside, they are right next to the last set of steps down to the bar on the right.

I think what you are describing is the Peppermill. The Atlantis big split machines dont say "big split" but something like "ultimate/Xtra Multistrike" . Inside of these games you'll find various MS games such as 16X multistrike, and for some strange reason "big split". There are 3 of these in the isle right before the java hut, and 2 near the gift shop, close to the "locals" machines.
