Between NSUD and FPDW

Hi!

In the various recomendations for solving the Wynn problem, there was
some comment, I think that I remember, about using a DW paytable
between NSUD and FPDW (not quite 100%).

I saw these 3 paytables in the paytable database. Which one was being
recommended?

1-2-3-4-4-11-15-25-200-800 ... 99.96%
1-2-2-3-5-09-12-25-200-800 ... 99.81%
1-2-2-3-5-09-15-20-200-800 ... 99.89%

Have any of these been in common use anywhere or anytime in LV?

1-2-3-4-4-11-15-25-200-800 ... 99.96% I have never seen this, but I would play it in an instant
1-2-2-3-5-09-12-25-200-800 ... 99.81% Have seen this at gold coast
1-2-2-3-5-09-15-20-200-800 ... 99.89% Have seen this at El Cortez

the most comman variant of these is the full pay deuces with 12 for the 5K, AND 20 for the WRF
