I have a few choices on what do do with it..
9/6 JoB in Single Line $ or 1/3/5/10 play 25c
9/6 BPDeluxe in 3/5/10 play 25c
There is also a COD promotion going on for Quad 7's pay double...
I'm on the fence, but I'm leaning towards single line JoB 25c...

to leave with either $468 or $474. No matter which video poker game

That actually IS available!, and I THINK it actually has a single zero wheel! I never thought about it that way!
I'll have to see if I can use my free play on that machine, if so, I definiately will.
If it has a single zero wheel, how would I go about making the bet?

Well it WAS a single-0 wheel...but big sticker on it "Free Play Not Available on this machine." Doh!
So I played 25c single line JoB and got back $472...I'm pleased with that outcome...

First, why did you treat the $500 Free-play differently than any other part of a bankroll? Maybe it was part of some prize, not actually based on play in your casino rotation? You are not going back? Maybe you needed the $500 to get home or some other critical event? That discussion has been hashed before...the links/search will enlighten.
You said a "double COD"? But a lot of joints limit CODs to just one line on Multi-plays. That Bonus Deluxe game also suggests a 400 coin Bonus for "7s". Usually it is just a 125/100 coin style COD, playing max coins in most casinos.
Those Bally single zero Roulette video stand-alone games came and went in a hurry in my neighborhood.

I didn't reply in time, but I was going to say 9/6 .25 single line JOB, so I think you made the right choice. That's what I would choose. Best payback, and limited volatility so you have a very good chance of coming close to that $500 number. I've played through FP on Video BJ, Video Roulette, and Video Baccarat and 9/6 JOB always gives me the best return. It's also the only time I actually have FUN playing JOB.
(Plus I once hit a royal playing through my freeplay. Sadly, I was only playing one quarter 
I learned my lesson :()
