The Sterling Brunch at Bally's Steakhouse is excellent, but the most
expensive in town at about $65 per person. Includes champagne, excellent caviar
(as much as you want), real sushi, shrimp omelettes with cognac, lamb chops,
lobster halves, etc. The caviar comes complete with all the fixings, but
it is so good I put it on top of the lobster - wow! - delicious - try it if
you go.
