Best positive EV options in Vegas for casual visitor?

Which of the positive EV casinos in Vegas is best for an out of
state visitor that only comes into town 3-4 times a year?

Are there even any mailers/offers worth seeking if I am not a local?
Or should I just treat any visit as a one-off?

Free rooms, free food, free play, doesn't really matter.

It's hard to give a useful answer to this without knowing what games and denominations you want to play, but a lot of out of towners seem to like the Boyd-owned properties - Orleans, Gold Coast, Sam's Town, Suncoast, Main Street Station, California and the Fremont.

For slots-Palms and El Cortez.
Secondarily-Four Queens, Terribles and the big Boulder Strip places like Sams Town and Boulder Station.
