Best Payback Machines

Greetings everyone from a new member. Here are two questions for
you all. What is the all time record payback percentage for a non-
progressive video poker machine??? What is the highest percentage
payback non-progressive machine that you know of that stil exists
today???

From the literature I have: (A) Best all time non progessive was Loose
Deuces. It paid back 100.97%. It may still be in existence
somewhere. (B) Best npV.P. Today is 9/5 deuces wild. It pays
100.76%. Third best is All American Poker, It Pays 100.72%. There may
also be a 9/7 Jacks or better hidden away somewhere. It pays 100.8%.

BEST was the All americam "50". It was around 103%
BEST today is 4700 jokers at 101%
Loose Deuces is or was 101.6% (only one 5c available, as far as I
know.)
These do NOT include slot points.

On the Progressive side, The Hilton 8/5 Job JUST went down at $4900+.
Including points, this was OVER 107%

Wow!

My brother and I were at the LVH last week and were
playing that 8-5 progressive on 1/12 and 1/13.

It was about $2400 then which was at the end of
our trip but the point where we liked the play.

What a run up to $4800+

At $2400 we did not have trouble getting 1 or
2 seats on one or two occasions (although one time
someone was playing all 4 machines, but happily gave
one up).

Were the games fully occupied 24 hours as it got higher?
(do I really need to ask?)

Off hand, the best I recall (and it was pretty widely available for a
while) was the 12/5/4 version of Double Double Jackpot with an ev of
101.14%.

All time. Williams Money Fever Super-Full Pay version that was 103.5%+
Current: 101% JW in multi-line

I'm still somewhat new to video poker (about 3 years of play) and
coming from an East Coast background, I always found it odd that
Nevada casinos were perfectly happy to have FPDW in .25 all over the
place, but only the Stratosphere and Key Largo would bump up a Jacks
or Better game to return what FPDW returned (from a nonprogressive
standpoint). I fully realize casinos aren't in business to fund video
poker players, but since the rest of the country doesn't really have
FPDW to play, I thought it was smart marketing by the Stratosphere to
offer a souped up version of JoB which quite honestly got me to play
there because it was the game I know best. Now it looks like those
opportunities are gone since both Key Largo and the Strat downgraded.

Any ideas from those who may have more experience playing why more of
these games haven't popped up in Nevada, especially in light of the
fact that a strong majority of casino's offer FPDW?
