Best LV casino cashback and multipoint mailers

This apparently refers to bounceback cash for locals, and
freeplay and marketing offers for visitors. Casinos, as a
general rule, don't publicize the specific details for these
programs and it's believed that a lot of factors and
parameters, some constantly changing, are used in
determining who gets what.

The vpFREE database contains some local's bounceback
info (Ellis Island, AZ Charlie's Action Cash, Coasts, Stations
and Fiestas) but you're not likely to be spoon fed too many
specifics by LV locals. Ms. vpFREE and I posted all of our
data for over a year, but discontinued our sharing when it
became apparent that most other locals wouldn't reciprocate.

The vpFREE_LVLocals Video Poker Group was recently
started to address bounceback cash mysteries, but it is
restricted to full-time LV Locals who keep accurate records
and agree to share the details of their casino benefits with
other members. This forum is only open to locals who already
are playing enough to generate significant BBC.

Also a few months ago John Kelly posted a list of
casinos that were giving him at least .4% in BBC. See
vpFREE message #36582.

I'm not as familiar with the situation for visitors, but there
is some information on individual DataBase pages, and
attractive marketing offers are often posted.

Which casinos have the best promotional mailers (cashback,
multipoints, etc)? I'm interested in both locals and non-locals
categories, how much play is required to attain the highest
level(s), and what specific offer one receives.

Thanks! Just what I was looking for

I spent last week in Las Vegas and had my best trip to date. I arrived midday on Saturday, June 4, and left midday on Thursday June 9. Stayed at the Hilton and spent most of my time playing there, a little craps, but mostly video poker. I played Loose Deuces, JOB and Pick'em. It took me all of about one-half hour to hit a royal. I thought I might play a little before I got something to eat so about 20 minutes in I was dealt the A, K and J of clubs and drew the Q and 10. It was my first royal! I have been going to Vegas a couple times a year over the past few years and have been learning more about video poker each year, reading and practicing at home on my computer. While I have hit a royal on WinPoker, this was my first paying royal. It was a great start to the trip. Later that night while playing Loose Deuces, I held two deuces and drew the other two for a nice 2,500 payoff. What a start - one day, one royal and one four deuces jackpot.

Tuesday around midnight I was playing JOB and was dealt a straight with four to the royal, 10, J, Q and K, again clubs. I knew the book says to throw the straight and go for the royal, so I went for it. I couldn't believe it but I drew the A. The only bad part was that it was very quiet at that time at the Hilton so there was no one else around. The good part was actually waiting for the payoff and the tax form while sitting there looking at the royal for some time.

On Wednesday, I was dealt the J, Q and K of spades and drew the A and 10!! It was my third royal and fourth jackpot of the trip. Again it occurred after only playing for a little while. The only person nearby was the cocktail waitress, so I showed it to her. When I told her it was my third of the trip, she pointed at the bar and said don't tell them, they will be ticked!

It was pretty tough to leave on Thursday. Obviously, it was my most successful trip to date. I found everyone to be pretty friendly at the Hilton and enjoyed my stay there. I know that I cannot expect anything like this to be a regular occurrence, but it was great to know that it can even happen once. On top of everything, the weather was great and my flights were non-stop. I expect to return in October and hope that I can have only some of the success that I had this trip.

Hope you can have similar luck on your next trip.

Bob

Am totally unaware of any bounceback at Stratosphere or at Nevada
Palace.
Could someone explain, please.

Nice trip report!

Congrats on your 1st Royal!

I believe "Luck" matters in a big way when playing VP in the short
term.

The best of Luck to you.
