To honestly answer this question, I would have had to earn a buffet at all the casinos in LV.
Furthermore, since the chef might be having a bad day, or it was his day off, I would have to eat at all the
buffets several times and on different days.
So, my answer, based on having eaten buffets at only four different casinos in the last year or so, is:
