Belterra, Indiana Cashback Ripoff

.. a member of acvpp (which is another YahooGroups community geared specifically to video poker players who frequent Atlantic City)

-- Hi Neil, tks for all the great info! I appreciate it. I did a search on yahoo groups prior to my post but it came up empty.

I'm glad that there's something out there geared to AC gambling. Can't wait to sink my teeth and bankroll - LOL!!

Tks again,

Manuel

I requested membership to acvpp and I am now in "pending status" -- does anyone know how long it takes before a decision is made as to whether one is accepted into the group or not?

I also would like to know how long it takes to be accepted. Requested membership about a week ago and am starting to think I didn't make the grade!? Anyone know acvpp criteria for acceptance?

Thanks'

Thanks,

To join acvpp can take a while depending upon the moderator's schedule. Be patient, you will be notified either way.

All, had been waiting for status update from moderator for roughly 2 weeks and I received an email overnight from someone's personal email requesting that if I were interested in joining ACVPP, a "closed group", I'd have to first answer a couple of questions.

1. How did I hear about group.
2. Who is my employer.

I'm a little skeptical due to the numerous "phishing" attacks and other forms of identity theft out there and am therefore curious if this is standard procedure for joining the group, for those of you who are active ACVPP members.

Thanks in advance,

MCS

My experience in joining was quite similar, if not identical to yours, but
eventually it worked out. I got the feeling that at an earlier time, some
disingenous folks had joined or attempted to join. I forget the exact
questions I was asked, but I do recall feeling they were strange. For
whatever reasons, the group has its criteria --- and in my experience they
have been a success.
