Casino yet, and my VP IQ is very low. But I hope you'll be patient
with my dumb newbie's questions and me.
1.To earn points at Bellagio, do you have to play $1 and up
machines? Or is this a myth?
2. Where can I find a good strategy card for Spinpoker (on web)? Can
I change the paytable and practice spinpoker using Frugal Video
Poker Software?

This used to be true at some Mirage casinos, but I think now all denominations earn points.

You can use Frugal Video Poker or any good software to practice Spin Poker because you use the same strategy as you would on the same schedule of a single-line game. If you have FVP, you can also print out all your own schedules for almost any game you might find in a casino.
