Augie Renna is among the best -- he is a corporate VP and can offer assistance at any MGM-Mirage property, including Bellagio. He has always treated me right, I have only praise for him!

Augie is a good host but as his title indicates he is a national host and only works with rated players based in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic area.

Hi -- Do you know Augie? Just wondering. I've known him for quite some time now, first met him when he was a VP at Trump Plaza. He's been in the gaming business for 30 years and with MGM Mirage for the past 15. He worked his way up from bus boy many years ago to his present position and has worked as a VP for Bally's, Showboat, Resorts and TP. Being able to handle all the MGM Mirage properties -- not just Northeast/Mid-Atlantic -- is a plus I would think -- no need to keep changing hosts. Have one who can do it all!!! You get to know your host and he knows you and it is easier to stretch it a little if you know what I mean.

I can say that whenever I call him, he responds promptly and it's always a smooth experience. I was a bigger player way back then but he still takes great care of me now. And if he can't help me directly, (i.e. Mohegan) he finds me someone who can.
