Bellagio buffet

Went to the Bellagio buffet yesterday and had not gone in some time. The
food had changed somewhat from what I remembered. Now included: Kobe beef.
They said this was the real thing, from Japan - but actually it wasn't super
tender. Another very expensive item -- sea urchin - fresh - how can they
afford that? The sushi section was very good. The king crab legs were as I
remembered them (good but cold - though you can ask to have them steamed).

Now on the menu - venison sliders (like mini-hamburgers made of venison).
Salad area seemed improved with several types of salads such as cobb, caesar,
etc., made up for you. Also a make your own section (though not extensive).
Also free-range turkey, prime rib, excellent lamb chops, and a lot more.

Everything was excellent, but the desert area was a little skimpy I thought.

I now think Bellagio is top buffet in town.

I do like the Aladdin and Wynn a lot at higher price levels. Wynn has the
best deserts of all buffets. It also has excellent pork ribs (best I've ever
eaten).

Can you remember the price for the Bellagio buffet or is there a list of Buffet costs?

Thanks.

With the closing of the Sands in Atlantic City many people are losing their "home" casino. Simply because I believe he is a wonderful host and will treat you honestly I am recommending Alan Korman who is at the Trump Marina as an executive Director of National Marketing---1-800-777-1177---if you are looking for a new property.

I have no affiliation with any casino, nor do I work for one---Kris

Hi Kris,
The Sands was my "home" casino and I'll miss it terribly. It had
free parking, plenty of .25 9/6 JOB in the smoking and non-smoking
areas, a good buffet at a fair price, the Swingers Lounge, plus it
was centrally located in AC.
I went to Trump Marina to see if it could become my "home" casino,
however, I searched the entire casino and could not find one .25 9/6
JOB machine which is the level my bankroll will allow me to play.
I'm sure Alan is a good host and wish he could convert some of his
8/5s to 9/6s. Best of luck. Bill

I'll second Kris' recommendation -- I consider Alan to be one of the
two strongest AC hosts I've encountered (the other unfortunately has
left AC for a desk job in corporate marketing at a Southern-US based
casino firm :(.

It was my experience with him as a former Sands host that made me
particularly fond of that property.

It's unfortunate that Trump Marina has one of the weaker vp
inventories. However, I expect promotions are strong and any good
player will be in fine hands with Alan.
