not enough like 'O' is more like it, which is why it's been playing to half
empty houses, and why, i would think, it's being revamped.
Tonight the house was completely full. I heard an usher tell someone there
was not one seat available. I loved the show, which is more artistic and
less physical than their others that I've seen (all but Zoo whatever). To me
it
was the realization of the Beatles' music in a wonderful fantasy. I loved
particularly the Octopus's Garden one, which had shiny fish waved around on
wands by actors in dark costumes. The effect was really like being in a huge
body of water with fishes and octopi floating around. There was plenty of
physicality but not on the order of the other shows which have a lot of
strength
and agility features. Here it was almost dance and the images were quite
true to the Beatles' films and album covers. They ended with Sergeant Pepper
and I hated it to end.
