So after an extended period of gambling in NV., I achieved Emerald Status for this year. Other than a line pass for the buffet (was kind of handy at Orleans–got status in December) and the daily 3X multiplier, are there any other benefits I’ve missed?? Been over the website, of course, but that tells us…what it usually tells us. Special parking spots are nice, but the Gold Coast has them for people who go straight to the casino–for a hotel guest like me, it means a LONGER walk. Anyway, just curious if many non-locals have done this (Sapphire is easy to get, Emerald was a result of three long trips). Offers haven’t changed much–guess it’ll take a few months for the computers to catch up to my play.
BConnected Questions from a non-local Emerald Card holder.
When you stay at the Gold Coast and are emerald you don’t have to pay the resort fee which as of my last visit was around $18 a day
Also you get 6 dollars off each buffet at the Gold Coast ( breakfast for two usually cost me around 6 dollars ( I use points to pay) and line privileges helps during the breakfast rush
Downtown - show your emerald card at the cashiers cage before you leave
And it’s free
Back when I first became emeral I received a fifty dollar git certificate to spend at the gift shop of my Home casino .

I haven’t been emerald in a couple of years, but you used to also get comped rooms outside of your mailed offers.

The $6 off of all buffets is also at the Orleans, and it’s a much better buffet.
