The above is true only for the downtown Boyd casinos (MSS, Fremont and California). From these you will get only one mailer from the one of the three where you play the most.
However, for the four LV Coast casinos (Gold Coast, Orleans, Suncoast and Sam's Town), you will get mailers from any or all of the four where you have played in the proper period. So you can potentially get a mailer from all four of these.
See the slot club people if you think you are missing a mailer.
I believe this is true for locals and visitors.
