I prefer a "Beef, With" myself. It has been a very long time since I ordered
a "Beef, With".
My interpretation is...Vienna Sliced Beef, soaking in a spicy broth, on a
Hard Italian Bread with Sweet Green Pepper Strips...sandwich cut in half.
Pepprocinni are always included either with...or without. Double wrapped in white
butcher paper put in a plain white bag that is double folded on top without any
kind of markings.
