Each casino that offers cash back has a threshold, above which the slot club
personnel must ask for approval from a supervisor or manager. If you ask
politely, they will almost always tell you what that limit is. Just say, "I
don't want you to have to bother anyone else. How much can you give me without
having to call your supervisor?" Then just keep your "withdrawals" below that
amount. Babe mentioned that this limit is $150 at the El Cortez. Not a very big
number for dollar players, maybe six hours of play on 3X points.
It has been suggested to me in the past that an alternative to this would be
to just let the CB accrue until you are pretty sure you won't be playing any
more at that casino. Eventually this will probably happen, though it may take
many years. The casino might take out all the "good" games, or you might
move away, or many other possibilities. At this point, you just redeem all your
accumulated CB in one lump sum. If they don't like you doing this, too bad,
as you won't be returning anyway. Of course, this only would work for you if
you can do without having that CB as part of your bankroll.
The first option is probably safer, though more time-consuming. Waiting in
line at the slot club, and then at the cashier, is not a trivial loss of your
valuable time. The second option is as easy as can be, and having a large
amount of UNREDEEMED CB should not cause any action to be taken against you. But
you take the chance that things will change for the better at the casino
(after you redeem), and you might wish to return. If you are barred upon cashing
out your account (realistically, this would be pretty unusual), you will not
be able to return to play those newly installed $25 FPDW!

I think vegasvpplayer hit it on the head when he said " I think my main
crime was allowing too much cashback to accumulate in my account ". Anything
that makes a suit part of the transaction is asking for trouble. $2000 in cb at
El Cortez is going to attract attention. $2000 in cb at almost any casino
will attract attention.
Why not take out $300 or $400 at a time?
