I found this strange (for a casino widely advertising in CP/Strictly
slots and elsewhere as a 'friendly casino') that the POKEr ROOM
suits (guys who assign your table seats and issue comps)...
.....to have a "DON't ask-WON'T tell" comp acct policy.
I've tried on numerous occasions to try and calculate my approx.
balance (which canNOT be cashed out anyways, and only good towards
food from their food court, the buffet, or ordering off a players
menu). I don't know if they will comp for steakhouse or coffeeshop.
Everything else about the casino is friendly customer service.
Greeters as you drive in, doormen greet/welcome you.
DON'T try and get too friendly with the busy poker mgr's though.
They TOLD ME that they cannot reveal comp balances...
I'm not so sure I'll be playing as much out there anymore.
At least at Viejas, Sycuan, the comp pts go straight to your clubcard
account, instead of a SEPARATE comp acct.
Pts and dollars to pts are much easier to understand.
Go figure.
