Yes, NV nixed them. They made an appearance here in the wilds of New
Mexico at our local reservation casinos. If you're a fan of the show,
they can be fun. Terrence and Phillip trigger a bonus round.

I saw the actual South Park video slot on the floor of at least one Biloxi
casino. It amused me enough to stop and watch someone playing it for a
couple minutes. The sounds became repetitive fast.
I cannot recall seeing one in NV.
