bankroll

What I used to do when I went to Vegas was to go to my bank and get
Cashier's Checks made out to me as the payee and then cashed them at the casino
where I was staying. This way I wasn't carrying a lot of cash that could be
lost or stolen; there was no charge for the checks by the bank or the
casino; and I had access to it the same day or the following day.

This is the time when having an adequate credit line is a good thing!

I highly suggest opening a credit line, too.
I have never had any trouble traveling with money, but I also established credit lines at various casinos specifically so I would not have to travel with a large amount of cash.

Take Care,
Mark

I've been using a credit line for several years and love it because it's easy and I feel much safer not traveling to Vegas with my bankroll. Getting home hasn't been a problem either: I either lose my cash while gambling or deposit my winnings in a nearby Wells Fargo before coming home.
