level, at least in Tennessee, that is absolutely not the
case. Regardless of your political bent, patrol officers

public record and they aren't enough. They aren't paid

You mean the teachers and the cops in the US that get paid higher than nearly any first world country but have worse outcomes. What first world countries have higher violent crime rates? What first world countries have students that perform worse in testing? Teachers and cops are ripping off the taxpayer. You can disagree with that, but to call me ignorant shows that you are likely a cop or teacher yourself.
This should obviously go on FreeVPFree, but your statement is total bunk. I will not sit back and let those that use the violence of the state to steal from their fellow man blow sunshine up my backside and tell me all the good things they do.
You just lived through the housing bubble. You know what financial meltdown is next, right? It's paying the legacy costs for all the overpriced and needless public 'servants' like cops and teachers. No state is going to make it through without the dollar losing a lot of value.
I wish I was ignorant. Then, I wouldn't know how the so-called public servants are actually pigs at the trough that are ripping off their fellow society members by using the muscle of the government against its people.
