One is that Nevada passed a law that markers
are the same as checks so they could use the federal justice
system to prosecute people who did not repay so you would
need to be careful of the days to repay.
I don't know if it shows up on your TRW if so it
could make lenders nervous if they feel you have to
much personal credit available.
