If these players are strapped for cash, why don't they just play +EV games. By cashing out after every hand they cost the casino money in paper and depreciation on the printer, and they irritate the heck out of players around them and future players on their machines who will have to wait for the slot attendant to put in more blank tickets when the machine runs out. Grumble, grumble, grumble....
