Bally's/Paris and TI Updates

We checked some of the video poker inventory this week at
Bally's, Paris and Treasure Island.

Bally's and Paris now have similar high-limit machines with
$5/$10/$25/$100 9/6 JoB and 8/5 BP. The $1 (50/100 Play) at
Bally's that had 8/5 BP has been downgraded. These changes have
been sent to the casino monitor.

At Treasure Island we found some $1 1-100 coin 8/5 BP and 9/7 DB
that are full-pay when playing 10 coins or more. Other minor
changes were to machine counts. The database has been updated.

Your efforts are always greatly appreciated. Now, more than ever,
there are literally only a handful of full-pays per Strip casino. Of
course, they are almost always located in high limit.

Non-locals like myself at the $1 and even $5 level are slowly but
surely being forced off the Strip.

And anyone playing below $1 in search of full-pays probably bailed
out long ago. The pre-conversion 25c 5 Play Multistrike with 9/6 Jacks
at Caesars now seems like a faint childhood memory.
