Had same type of problem at Paris. Was receiving no points as I played and
casino looked at one computer showing no play in that timeframe but refused to
look at another system which would tell them how much the machine had been
played. They refused to have a tech look at the machine which would have easily
revealed that " it's not counting the points". Bally is part of Paris. These
people are as crude as they come!
