Bally's Casino New Orleans

I received an e-mail today from Bally's Casino in New Orleans and I don't know what that is. I looked in the database for mid-south and could not find any such animal. The e-mail came from Caesar's entertainment. If you know anything about their VP and facilities, please post?

Here's there website:

I couldn't find a location, but there's a picture of a riverboat.
Many years ago (late 80s or very early 90s), before Harrah's, I
visited a riverboat about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Don't
even remember if it was Bally's; I was much younger and much drunker then.

Bally's is one of the three smaller "local's" casinos located around
the New Orleans area, along with Treasure Chest and Boomtown. All
three are in fairly remote locations. Bally's is located on Lake
Pontchartrain next to the old Lakefront airport, near the University
of New Orleans, if that tells you anything. The casino itself looks
like a riverboat, but it does not ever sail since the law was changed
several years ago to allow these boats to stay permanently docked.
They don't have any hotel or much of anything else, just the boat. I
don't ever visit this casino, but I did make a scounting trip there
about a year ago. There was nothing to get excited about. The best
VP that I saw was 8/5 Bonus Poker.
