Bally's, Atlantic City shuns premium players

First post and an angry one. Sorry all.

Bally's sent us the New Year's Eve invite so late that it only arrived
yesterday - Wednesday, December 28, 2005 - for the party Saturday
night. Of course, all spots are filled. This is not a first either,
they never send anything on time; if you even get a notice at all from
them. Sometimes we get notices on the day of the event or even after
the event has passed.

Our regular premium slot host never calls us back and the others are
seemingly useless. In my personal experience, almost everyone at
Bally's is useless. We are awaiting a response from the premium slot
supervisor today. Let's hope they do something to make up for all of
their shortcomings. I honestly doubt it though. Why should they care
about their bread and butter - me. Or you.

We rarely use their rooms, since we live so closeby, but when we have
there has always been one screw up or another. Also, restaurant
reservations need to be confirmed several times before you can be sure
that they have you listed.

No, I'm not a sore loser. I have had many wins from video poker in
their casino this year totalling to over $48,000. Of course, I'm sure
the win/loss statement will prove to be in their advantage anyway.

Even though I (Shar) am a Black Card holder at Borgata, I play at
Bally's because of a few particular video poker machines to which I am
faithful. If these machines were anywhere else, I would be there in
an instant.

Thanks for listening. Sympathetic responses would be appreciated.
