Bad hosts in AC do it again....

Very well said. I like people, each with their own personality, and very seldom, if ever, do I feel that I am treated unfairly, weather it is in the casino or any other place. Following Bob's advice on VP might can make gambling more fun and following his insight on how to treat people will definitely make you a better person to be around.

I am most always polite when I inquire about anything, like the free massage 7 Stars used to get from ANY property, if it had a spa, when you visited there. So I went downstairs to the Spa at Harrah's Laughlin and politely asked if I could get my free massage. They told me I had to get the comp from a host. So I went back upstairs and was directed into the little room near the check-in desk and politely asked the female host if I could get my massage comp. She emphatically told me I was not eligible for a massage, that I could only get one at my "home" casino, Caesars, LV. I politely pointed out to her that according to the Harrah's website listing the perks of a 7 Star member, the massage was available at any Harrah's property. She again said "No".
In a few months, when a different host from that property phoned me to visit again, I politely explained to him what had happened on my last visit and that I would not be visitng them again.
I would have given the comp to my husband while I played in the high limit room, possibly dumping a few hundred dollars.
