This is what I don't understand about how upper casino management thinks.? Here you have an inexperienced gambler who makes a couple of mistakes on $10 bets.? Yes, $10 bets.? So he ends up getting arrested for cheating, a very serious charge.? He was acquitted of the charges and is now suing.? The casino offered him 2 plea bargains which he refused.
So, what was management thinking?? At 4 in the morning, a guy is trying to cheat by making 2 illegal $10 bets in 30 minutes?? If you are going to cheat, you would do it a) when the casino is crowded, b) for a fair amount of money and c) after you learn the game forward and backwards.
Decisions like this are so silly, such bad publicity and cost the casinos a lot of money.? The casinos in turn make up that money somewhere.
I didn't see the surveillance tape but if the jury acquitted the guy and he was making small bets, I'm thinking he just made some mistakes.?
