The rake was 10% max $10. This may be cruise ship standard, but the biggest
rake I've encountered before is half that. The rake argued for tightening
up, I think, but the super loose passive play argued for loosening up
preflop. The odds, implied and actual, and the unlikeliness of being raised
had me seeing a lot more flops than I normally would in a LHE game.
