This was also asked in an earlier thread about the Boyd club downgrades for video poker. Some of the replies mentioned South Point, Stratosphere and Stations. Every place has pluses and minuses. It's hard to say what would be right for you.

Esports seems like the next big thing, if you have the hand-eye coordination for video poker you can probably learn esports. There’s a lot of gambling in esports, so if you know how to gamble you probably have a strong edge over the pre-teens, teens and twenty-somethings. Search on youtube for esports and history of pewdiepie (multimillion dollar gamer, currently number one on youtube). Gambling with an edge is also there but they need more videos. Wizard of Odds is also there. Hashtag brofist.
