B-Connected incomplete

Very disappointing performance–the six time multiplier that appeared for someone last Thursday at SunCoast didn’t pop for me this Thursday, when I’m actually here. All kinds of bugs–lost count of the times I drove to Sam’s Town for a promised multiplier that didn’t appear. Even little things keep happening–moments ago here at SunCoast, put exactly 1,000 points on my card–the “dinner and movie” promo didn’t show up (actually this version is free buffet). All four booth personnel didn’t believe me, but indeed, the promotion was not on their computers either, but they did verify the 1,000 points. Solution–put another point on card. Did do, and kiosk gave me a voucher, but said "(1) St. TOPEZ BUFFET. " If they can’t do little things right, how can they handle the big things?

But seriously, who’s ever running their computers–bad job

You can same the same about MGM/Mlife and their merging with the Borgata AC system. It is a mess and in spite of their claims nothing has been merged !!

You might have fallen into a trap. Casinos think that players who play the exact minimum for a promotion are just comp hustlers, it’s always a good idea to play slightly more than the minimum. This is an example where it pays to pay attention to the metagame rather then get lost in the details of just video poker or whatever slot you’re playing.

Isn’t always a good idea to put a few extra points on – especially when playing for a promo/offer etc -

just as insurance? It could really a penny-wise but pound-foolish experience. . . . just my 2 cents. . . . .
