Nudge asked about the current promo, which IS strong.
The $1 10/7 DB pays 5 points for 4 hands, then 6 for the 5th, so 26 points for $25 coin in. 20,000 points will thus cost $19,230, and return $250 the following week for a 1.3% bonus. Be careful, however, because not all machines give points at that level. The progressive and the uprights near Yukon Grill only give 2 points per hand, and when you check the multis upstairs and in front of the lounge you will find every other machine is 9/6 DB (they alternate in order from 10/7 to 9/6 to 10/7, etc.).
The quarter multis at the base of the escalator have an even better percentage but take much more time. These give 1.6 points per hand, so 20,000 points will take 12,500 hands ($15,625) to earn the $250 next week, or 1.6% added.
As far as I know there are only NSU deuces, and I think they give the same points as the 10/7 DB.
