August 27th Giveaway

Did anyone else get the card for the 8/27 Sharp TV Giveaway? And if so, when did
you receive it?

I picked up my mail when I got home Saturday night, and called to RSVP the next
day. I was told it was already sold out. Of course, my useless host was unable
(or unwilling) to do anything to help. Just wondering if others received the
mailer earlier and were able to get in to the event.

I called the next morning after getting the card and it was too late. Host put me on waiting list but said it was a long list. After that, I noticed that the TV offer is on the calendar I get in the mail at the start of each month. I should have called earlier.
