For me (actually for 4 of us - two couples that would visit Reno about 4
times/yr), we were no-mailed at PEP in late 2009, then from ATL in late
2011 after we started playing there instead. We were each getting offers in the $1000 range. We were pretty big VP players ($25-$45 bets).
PEP
not only no-mailed us, but wiped out all existing comps and knocked us down to beginner status level. When our host informed us, I think she was more disappointed than we were.
So we migrated over to ATL.
Played even bigger over there for the next 2 years before they no-mailed us. Haven’t been back to Reno since. We still haven’t seen any “we miss you” offers, or any mail at all from either place.
Because
we were playing $1 Spinpoker NSUD at $45/hand (among other things, but that was our main game), we’d usually each rack up 3-5 W-2Gs on every trip. Not sure if that’s what caught their attention or not. We’d be up 10 or 20 grand on some trips, down that much on others. So we weren’t exactly doing anything to try and fly under the radar.

In Atlantic City, some of the casinos would no-mail me for a while. Then, someone in marketing would notice that I hadn’t been coming in, and they would send me a “we missed you” offer. I don’t think it is going to happen at Atlantic or PM.
I had been getting $500 free-play once per month at Atlantis. I missed cashing in my last offer by five minutes because my flight was delayed. Dang!
