At the Atlantis I received a greatly reduced amount for free play this month of $25 rather than the usual $200 for the same amount of play. Also the calendar for February posted online does not show any dates for comp points exchange for free play.
Does any one have any information on this topic? Is it possible I missed a mailer or that the calendar will be updated?
Wow ... reduction comes via marketing, but your host might be able to get an explanation for you.
Comp exchange days were also late for the January calendar. Your host or the booth can tell you the days for February.
Of course, if you are from out-of-town, you can exchange your comps on any day of your visit.
Incidentally, Peppermill (marketing) appears undecided about comp exchange days (there were none in January), and they may or may not appear in subsequent months (per booth).
