Atlantis Slot Tourney: Player cheated and they didn't even CARE!

Warning: This is lengthy
So I went to Atlantis Sunday/Monday to play in their "Race For Cash Slot Tournament".
First thing I noticed was that the "complimentary danishes" were literally ONE plate per session, and it was like people were HAWKS waiting for one mouse..as soon as that plate hit the table, ALL the danishes were GONE, and they did not bring any more out!
So, on to the subject at hand...
I played my first session, unremarkably.
I started to play my second session, and I noticed the guy next to me, had gotten two REALLY good scores for his first and second session...hey WAIT A MINUTE...SECOND SESSION?!? I didn't say anything right at that moment, cuz I figured he might just be playing his third session early, because he had a prior engagement or something (playing early is allowed I guess?) So I went on with my second round...
I started noticing he was looking around a lot...but then again, people do that, to see where they stand in that round...
Then just out of the blue, he grabbed a random passerby and said "Here! Play this machine, I have to go to the bathroom!" and grabbed his scorecard and ran out the door...
OK, a little strange, but maybe he had to REALLY go and just wanted someone to push the button for him...but he didn't leave his scorecard on the machine?
The rounds are 15 minutes long, and he probably left at the 5 minute mark, with only about 2000 points (His first and second rounds were in the 15k point range; which is a GOOD score ESPECIALLY getting scores like that TWICE in a row)
So then the session starts winding down...STILL no sign of this guy! So at the end of the session, the little old asian lady that he grabbed asks me "What do I do now?" and I said "Well, are you with that guy?" and she said "No I don't know who he was, what do I do now?" and I said "I dunno, take his score I guess?" (Which wasn't a good score, being only like 6000 total). So I look over at the main area where the tournament officials are, and then I look back and THAT lady is gone too!
So what that guy did was, he basically played a "practice" round, to see if he could get a high score (The more rounds the play, the better chance to get a good score; being you get more chances)
So I immediately went in to the other room and told the tournament director, Heather, what the guy did, and his name...and her reply was "Well then that score won't count for him", so I said to her "DUH! That's the point! He got a bad score so he doesn't want it." I don't think she quite got the concept of him taking more sessions to try and get a better 3rd round score. At any rate, she didn't even write his name down or anything.
So basically what Atlantis is saying is, you can come and cheat in their slot tournaments and they're too stupid to figure it out!
For what it's worth, I hope that guy won the damn tournament and F**ked Atlantis out of $10k

He's not screwing the Atlantis out of $10K, since they were going ot give it away anyway. He's screwing the other contestants out of a fair chance to win.

I'd find some other avenue to complain again -- this is pretty outrageous...

Complain again to the Atlantis, I mean. It's absolutely something they should prevent from happening.
