HY!

having problem with atlantis & my points/
my offers have gotten worse & worse, now they want me to pay full
price for slot tourneys & rooms , before the change in the slot club
i got 1/2 off or better on evrything,

I wanted to use my comp points to pay for a slot tourney on july 17 18
& was told I have "NOT NEAR ENUF POINTS FOR THAT" ???

In sept of 04 (my last trip)i had enuf points to full pay for 3 nites
plus tourney & (decided instead to pay cash,) "LOTS OF POINTS LEFT" ??

Now their is a player with my exact name & they have screwed up our
reservations before, & it is possible that slot desk didnt pay
attenion
gave my comps to him , fine , i understand, BUT i cant get ANYBODY TO
RESPOND to my emails & messgs, NOBODY. good customer service huh??

So i emailed Peppermill at 10:38 am & mentioned my problem with
Atlantis,ask what if any they do for me .

By 12:03pm I got a response from kevin Brantner offering 3 nites July
17 18 19 for $49 TOTAL!!! & i have never even steped in the place!!
add $99 for VP tournament & i am coming!!!

I luv Atlantis & i will miss the 100/50 play ,but change is good!!!

any body else had problems with Atlantis??/

Kevin is my host at the Peppermill and he is great! I don't even step
into the Atlantis any more. They are totally non-responsive to
correspondence and I have given up.

Your bad experience is yet another example of the value of having a
casino host. Every visitor playing upwards of $5K per day should try
to get an assigned host. Host gets credit for your theo play, and
you'll have someone on the inside to troubleshoot problems like this
one. Better yet, an Atlantis (or Peppermill) host can tell you
exactly where you stand in the "secret" comp system (points, comp
acct. value etc.)

MJ, if you did have a host and they ignored you, I'd really be upset
too. Write 'em a letter and tell them why you're moving on. If you
did not have a host, still not to late for you to contact one (call
VIP services) and see if they can solve your problem.

I recently was awarded Platinum based on rate of play (@$15K per day)
and not accumulated points. My offers are outstanding (all no charge
to comp acct.) and I just returned from a stay in a jacuzzi suite.
Wow ... one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in.

I have also used Kevin for many years. He is one of the nicest
hosts that I use and is very responsive. Kev has never failed to
return a phone call or an email to me.

I also suspect that if you play enough, that he will review your
bill, at check-out, and possibly comp the room as well.

I also think that you'll like the vp inventory at the PEPP.
