Just to be clear, do you really mean that you are not eligible for any of the promotions?
I live on the east coast and get no physical mail -- just discount room rates by e-mail. However, I still believe I am eligible for the promos on the general calendar. I have redeemed a points-for-free-play offer and I have received points multipliers since I was no-mailed.
Still, I have not been there much since I was no-mailed.

I am just relaying what I was told.
THEY are not eligible for any promos.
I personally have never even had a card in the place due to the conversations I have had with other top players who were playig for years, and now, they have lots of points to spend.
This happened in the past year to everyone I know who was flying to Reno regularly, about once a month to play.
They were told by their hosts, it was a new policy.
