Bob, once or twice a month, Atlantis allows you to convert some of your comp dollars to freeplay at the rate of 2 to 1, i.e. 2 comp dollars = 1 freeplay dollar. You can do this on specified days only (see their comp multiplier calendar), and you can only do it ONCE on that day. You cannot convert and play the freeplay, then go back to the club desk and ask to convert more. Also, I was told you had to leave at least $50 in your comp account.
I am fairly certain that freeplay played through a machine does earn comp points.
