Wife and I walked from Harrah's to Trumps but we've never walked to Borgata. Jitney service in AC is pretty cool. $1.50 per person, and you can go anywhere in the city that they go. Harrahs, Borg, Trump, whole boardwalk, other stops inbetween on request. Just pull the bell when you want to get off. Stops are well marked, and have signs that tell you what number Jitney you need to get where you are going, they run 24 hours and come along regularly. I love them.
Only complaint was that some of the drivers are a little rude. But they are the exception rather than the rule.
Overall....beats the hell out of 1)Paying for a Taxi 2)driving and fighting through traffic and looking for parking and paying for parking and having to go back to where you parked to get your car

It is about a 15 minute walk from Harrahs to The Borgata.
You go out the back door of the casino (across from the poker room)
and turn left and walk along the back of the casino (this part is not
very scenic). You will soon see a covered walkway which goes along
the employee parking lot. Follow it to the end and then there will be
a blacktop walkway along the water that is very pleasant and scenic.
When you come to The Borgata employee parking lot, cross the road and
walk along the building until you come to the front.
You can also walk through the large field that separates the 2
properties - this is a little quicker but not much to see except wind
blown trash.
The AC Jitney service is also another possibility, but I don't know
much about these.
