-99% accuracy is pretty low in JoB. That level of accuracy triples
your average long-term losses. I hope for you that you've been
truncating some decimals. Personally I'm unhappy below 99.95% in JoB,
99.8% in DB.

Actually, this depends upon what "99%" means. If a trainer program has told you that you achieved 99% of the potential EV of the hands played, that suggests an expected return of 99% x 99.54% = 98.54%, or an expected 1.46% loss rate, and as JBQ says a little more than triple the expected loss rate with perfect play.

If it means that 99% of dealt hands were played perfectly, then we can not do even a reasonable estimate without more information. If those 1% of hands played incorrectly were gross errors (e.g., held the straight when dealt Ks-Qs-Js-10s-9d), it might cut the ER to 95% or even lower.

More likely, however, those "errors" were minor (e.g., holding Qs-Js when dealt Ah-Kd-Qs-Js-9c) in which case the ER may be as high as 99.53%.
