I dont know about all you ask. There are 9-7 Aces and Faces Double bonus in the house of Blue's section. Also plenty of 9-6 Jack's or Better. Thats what I play. They go from 25 cents to 5 buck's or more.
There are some Multi Strike's in the HOB section, but I think their short-pay.
