"when you never offer anything in return?"

I think you ought to retract that sentence Paladin.

Jean's posts are some of the most informative in this
group. There is obvious an ulterior motive as to why
Dancer and you choose to rip into Jean so frequently.

It's time to grow up you two! If a particular post
author does not cater to your personal needs, then
simply skip over the post.

The rest of us are not interested in your overt
negativity. Or perhaps we should just ignore your
posts as well.

Retract what? I wasn't disrespectful, it was an honest question. She
bills herself as a professional, but is always asking the amateurs
where the plays are. We once had an e-mail exchange where she stated
she had nothing to offer but would appreciate my discards. Frankly, my
discards are better than what most people play around here, and even I
play them sometimes. At least I'm not overplaying them. There was a
play in Reno not too long ago, it was quarter 10-play, but with the
turbo button (Paladin loves the turbo button!), it became a $175/hr
play. Someone finally flopped a royal, and that ended the play. That
one I regret not pounding away at, but at least I wasn't pounding on
two machines like a couple of the locals were. Anyway, I digress...

Jean's OK in my book, she really is, but with all due respect, I can't
take that type of communication seriously. I can't speak for what goes
on between her and Bob, nor would I ever care to. I do concede that
the truly economy minded do get under my skin from time to time, which
is why I generally have a lot of contempt for many Vegas VP players,
and why I discourage such infestation elsewhere.

I once did a tour of SoCal, to see what was out there (some good, some
bad, mostly playable but not really profitable), so it kind of torqued
me to see a post asking for what the mail looked like from Jean. It
was framed differently, but you know how sceptical we APs are. I mean,
love, you want to see what the mail looks like, go do 15 tribal
casinos in 4 days like I did and see for yourself (essentially, maybe
4 plays, two of which are pretty good*, IMHO). When you put in several
dozen hours of work product and driving to obtain potentially valuable
information, you're really not in a mood to want to give it up. Again,
it's your hobby, but my business. Why not have a little more respect
for that concept and give me a little credit instead next time?

*please don't even begin to speculate...one of them you can't get to
anyway, and the other one is crowded already. That I even have to post
the disclaimer is a pet peeve also..lol...
