Re Venetian offers - They probably mean play in any type of machine - reels
or VP - but to be sure I suggest you call and talk to a host. I had a
similar offer - play 750 points get $500 credits, but unfortunately will be away
that weekend.
Caesars/Harrahs merger news - Caesars most recent newsletter/magazine says
that points earned at any (and presumably all) Caesars and Harrahs properties
during 2005 will be combined to determine "Tier level" (i.e., Platinum,
Diamond, 7 Stars). This differs from previous information they put out which said
that tier awards would be determined from Harrah's play only until 2006.
This new missive may supercede the previous one. Also you won't be able to use
points at any property until the clubs totally combine - Feb. 2006. Also it
says that though there will be one card after that point, it seems to
indicate each property will have their own offers and perhaps some will still offer
RFB while others will not.
Caesars Vegas Promo: October Tues. or Thurs. pick up a peel & reveal card
for up to $1000 cash prizes. Nov. and Dec. Tues. or Thurs for similar
"match&win" card. Also play 50 points in one trip at Caesars Palace until Dec. 29,
2005 and get a "cuddle blanket"
On the prize cards -- collect additional cards for the first 20 points on
promo day. New members get a free card when they sign up.

Also just wanted to thank Jean Scott for tip on new "Cartridge World" being
run by VPFree members. Location is 4825 W. Flamingo Rd., at Decatur (just
past the Palms). They have all sorts of printer cartridges and can supply
refills for cartridges you have or will sell newly refurbished ones. Their cost
is significantly less than mail order or regular ink cartridges such as from
HP. They also were very nice and even gave me a discount after I told them I
was on VPFree. Prices were so low that an out of town friend said he will
buy some next time he is in town. They are a struggling, brand new business -
so tell your friends and also businesses about them.
