I went to www.dogpile.com which is my favorite search engine and I located
the Australian website for Doctors Without Borders. There I was able to make a
donation. Thanks for the suggestion and that is where anyone can make a
donation (and declare it for the Tsunami disaster fund specifically which is what I
wanted to do).
