It was reported that Arizona Charlies Boulder had down graded all their
inventory of full pay to short pay. Has this been verified and can we expect
Decatur Charlies to follow? We were there today and some of the 10/7 DB inventroy
has been moved from Ten Penny Alley to the southwest corner of the casino past
