Yep. If they find you were a Strat, AZ Charlies or even Aquarius
(Flamingo-Laughlin) card holder you won't qualify. Some boothlings, like the one I
encountered in Laughlin try to tidy up their database by quizing you about your
history.
I had one waste 15 minutes looking for my five year old Strat and AZ
Charlies-Boulder inactive accounts. So play dumb.
OBTW, the Aquarius is doing their third version of a new sign-up for the ACE
